Jumuia X is being built to make it easier for people across Kenya to find and book the services around them — and to give the people providing them somewhere proper to run their work from.

What we’re saving towards

Everything in Jumuia X works today, on every network. You can sign up, book, get paid and be notified without paying us anything.

The one thing missing is text-message alerts. Sending SMS that reliably reaches Kenyan networks needs a registered sender name, and that carries a cost we cannot cover yet. Until then, everything reaches you in the app and by email instead — nothing is lost, it just arrives in fewer places.
