- Jumuia X (jumuiax.com) is an online booking platform for local services in Kenya. Customers use it to find and book salons, barbers, spas, beauty and wellness professionals, fitness, home and auto services near them. Businesses use it to take bookings, manage staff and branches, and get paid.
- How do I book an appointment on Jumuia X?
- Search for a business or a service, pick the time you want from the slots the business has open, and confirm. You get an SMS with the details, and the business sees the booking the moment you make it.
- Does it cost anything to book?
- No. Booking on Jumuia X is free for customers. You pay the business for the service itself, the same way you would if you had walked in.
- I run a salon, barbershop or spa. How do I list my business?
- Create a business account, add your branch, services, staff and opening hours, and you have a booking page customers can find and a calendar that fills itself. It takes a few minutes and you can manage everything from your phone.
- Where in Kenya does Jumuia X work?
